If Lakers make it out of west will they beat Boston Celtics in NBA Finals?

No, The Celtics will win it all!!!

If Lakers make it out of west will they beat Boston Celtics in NBA Finals?nba gear

I think it will come down to who is more healthy, KG or Kobe.

If Lakers make it out of west will they beat Boston Celtics in NBA Finals?nba finals 2007 ,nba teams

NO DOUBT IN MY MIND LAKERS 2008 CHAMPS!
it would be a great series and could bring back the old lakers/celtics rivalry. but if i had to decide who is better(with a healthy line up) i would have to say the lakers.
Boston Celtics will get destroy by the Lakers. No one on the celtics can guard Kobe, and now with the presence of Pau Gasol and Bynum coming back, there is no way the celtics can compete with the lakers. Don't even get me started on the bench play, celtics have no bench. Lakers have probably the best bench in the league.
I think the Lakers will win it. The Celtics won the 2 games in the season only because the Lakers were still trying to find their game. Now with the addition of Pau Gasol and now that they have found their game, the Celtics will run out of options and run into trouble. Beating the rest of the West's powerful teams would be good to prepare yourself for the Celtics which I'm sure any West team would beat in the Finals which would most likely be the Lakers.
yes the lakers will become champs this year
if boston beat pistons and lakers beat whatever team in the western confrence finals, the finals would be pretty fun to watch. who would win? i say boston because the last two games the celtics vs the lakers the lakers could not win, and in fact they got crushed. adding gasol to the lakers might make it more challenging but i think it will only make the closer, and the celtics will win.everyone was talking about that lakers have a way better bench then celtics and it is kinda true, but celtics also have a pretty good bench. they have young players who had lots of experience from this year amd had players step up in games to save them, like glen davis and leon powe. i dont think u shuld compare by matchup, because the other games they played the lakers already had the better match-up and they loss. its more about how they can work together and share the ball.
Boston will lose to the pistons, so no the lakers will get revenge for 2004
As a Boston fan, I say this game would go to game 7. But first the Celtics have to get past the Pistons in the conference finals. I think Garnett has the advantage over Gasol(if he's healthy) Kobe has the advantage over Pierce. Allen got the advantage shooting over anybody else on the court. Rondo beats Fisher with his defensive skills. When Bynum gets back, I beleive he has the advantage over Perkins and Powe, pending wether or not he plays like he was playing before his injury.

-PJ- did you forget somebody, somebody who had 28 points in the all star game? somebody who played the role of Jesus in He Got Game? somebody by the name of Sweet Baby Ray Allen?
yes they can

Lakers frontline (Gasol, Odom, Bynum) %26gt; Boston front line (Garnett, Perkins, Pierce)

Lakers Bench (Sasha, Farmar, Turiaf, Radman) %26gt; Boston bench (House, Posey, Tony Allen)

Plus the lakers have the best player and the best coach in the game

Lakers win over Boston
Yes.

The Lakers look like they're headed in the direction of another dynasty when you really absorb what they are doing.

The Lakers have the most potent, versitle lineup in all of basketball. They have speed, size, depth, athleticism, they actually have a glut of talent now.

They will at very least challenge for the western conference title this year, and are very capable of beating any team they face from the East if they get out of the West.

Boston is just as good this year, but I don't see them being this good in the next 3 years because KG, Allen, and Pierce will all be way past their primes. The Lakers however, if all goes well, will be a contender for the next 5 to 7 years, because they're core is so young.
Lakers all the way.
